Alumni Showcase FAQs

A learner with at least one eligible published review can create and publish a showcase. Staff-entered test reviews do not qualify. Publishing access is checked on the server, and the review’s positivity does not affect eligibility.

Highlight your capabilities, next career move, why you chose executive education, learning you can apply, problems you have solved and relevant projects. Add up to three Open to options separated by commas, current location, preferred locations, a professional LinkedIn URL and selected links if useful.

Allow around five minutes to get started. Preparing clear examples of your learning, contribution and career ambitions will help. You can save, return and refine your profile from your account.

You can view your own showcase. Other individual profiles are available only to signed-in recruiters whose access has been approved. Being a learner does not give access to another learner’s profile.

No. Share this showcase sends your unique profile link through WhatsApp. Recipients must sign in with an approved recruiter account to view it. A shared link does not bypass the access checks.

Yes. Use My Alumni Showcase in your account. Existing profile owners see Edit my showcase. Disable removes it from recruiter discovery and makes its profile page unavailable. You can enable it again if you remain eligible and have given publication and contact consent. Deleting also removes associated introductions and recommendations.

If you no longer have an eligible published review, your showcase is removed from discovery and its profile page becomes unavailable. Saved profile information remains in your private workspace unless you delete it. You need an eligible published review before editing or publishing again.

It is an optional, self-selected expression of a trait you identify with. Its label is shown beside your profile image. It is not a personality assessment, recruiter endorsement or verified capability. Choose No emoji to use your initials.

Enter at least one criterion in the showcase search. Matching counts appear prominently. Unapproved viewers see locked results without learner details. Approved recruiters can view matching profiles and open each learner’s unique page. Profiles are not displayed by default.

Open Request access, provide your name, official email, mobile number, company website, designation, city and hiring requirement, and sign in with LinkedIn to submit. The Super admin reviews the request. The official email and organisation are supplied for manual review, not automatically verified.

Your request starts as Pending. Check your status using the same LinkedIn account. After approval, search again or reopen a profile link. Declined requests can be updated and resubmitted. Access can be withdrawn by the Super admin. Automatic email notifications are not enabled; follow-up is manual.

On an accessible profile, Contact [Learner Name] directly – It’s free opens your configured email app with the learner’s account email and a prefilled subject. Learners must have given email-sharing consent. Sending the email happens in your email app, not automatically through execllence.

There is no platform fee to build a showcase, request recruiter access, search after approval or contact a learner. execllence is a talent showcase rather than a vacancy board and does not guarantee a job, response or hiring outcome.

Profile claims, programme completion and recommendations are self-reported. Independently check identity, credentials, experience and references before hiring. LinkedIn sign-in confirms the LinkedIn account used for access; it does not prove employment or programme attendance.

Approved recruiters with profile access must sign in with LinkedIn to submit a recommendation. Describe how you know the learner and what you personally observed. The learner approves it before it appears and can hide it later. Self-recommendations and duplicate recommendations from the same account are not allowed.

Individual showcase routes are disallowed in robots.txt and marked noindex, nofollow and noarchive. Viewing profile details also requires owner or approved recruiter access. The showcase home page and these FAQs remain publicly accessible.

Keep your writing professional. Do not enter phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, identity documents or confidential employer and client information in the narrative fields. Your name, city and approved professional links have dedicated fields. Account email is made available to approved recruiters only with contact consent.

Existing introductions submitted through the earlier inbox form remain in your private workspace. The current direct-contact button opens email, so those email conversations are handled in your email service and do not automatically appear in the execllence inbox.
