Programme Review FAQs

Writing a review, understanding ratings and managing your submissions.

Writing and publishing

Who should write a programme review?

Write about an executive education programme you personally completed. Share specific experiences of faculty, curriculum, peers, delivery and outcomes. Programme attendance is self-reported; account sign-in does not verify completion.

Can I browse reviews without signing in?

Yes. Programme listings, published reviews and ratings are available without sign-in. You complete your review first and sign in with LinkedIn at the final submission step.

Which answers are required?

You must answer the applicable rating questions, including an explicit Not applicable response where available. Written feedback on faculty, curriculum, peers and knowledge gained is required, along with a headline, what worked well, what could improve and advice. Learner details, funding, expectations, investment value, recommendation and outcome context are also required. Additional experience and some detailed comments remain optional.

What if a question does not apply to my programme?

Choose the stated Not applicable option where available. It is excluded from that rating’s denominator. Direct-enrolment programmes disable delivery-partner ratings. Campus and project questions appear only when you report the relevant experience.

Can I write a negative or mixed review?

Yes. Honest criticism is welcome. Explain the experience professionally and avoid insults. Positive, mixed and negative published reviews qualify equally for Alumni Showcase access.

What are the writing rules?

Write in English and in your own words. Do not include abuse, promotional content, referral codes, URLs, phone numbers, private information or confidential material. Pasting is disabled in learner review text fields. Keep the tone professional: your review can guide future learners.

Will my review be published immediately?

Reviews that pass the automated checks can be published automatically. Flagged submissions enter the moderation queue. Checks look for language, contact details, promotions and possible copied content; they do not prove authenticity or verify every factual statement. You can see the status in My reviews.

Ratings and programme information

How are ratings calculated?

Reviews use a 1–5 slider in 0.1-point increments. The experience score weights faculty and curriculum at 20% each; teaching approach, peers and knowledge at 15% each; alumni and post-programme support at 10%; and discovery and enrolment at 5%. Applicable responses determine each pillar. These are transparent editorial weights, not scientifically validated measures of importance. See the rating methodology for the full calculation.

Why does the adjusted score differ from the simple average?

The consolidated score uses a neutral prior equivalent to five reviews to reduce extreme scores from very small samples. Raw averages, coverage and uncertainty help explain the evidence. Career outcomes, investment value, partner experience and immersion measures are reported separately rather than inflating the experience score.

What do programme sentiment summaries mean?

Summaries describe recurring strengths and concerns in eligible published ratings and feedback. They update as the evidence changes. Strong positive or negative recurring signals require enough comparable responses and corroboration across cohorts; limited evidence may produce a neutral summary.

Do sample or staff-entered reviews affect live ratings?

Fictional sample reviews are labelled and shown only as illustrative examples when appropriate. Staff-entered test reviews are disclosed and excluded from live consolidated scores and sentiment calculations. They do not unlock a learner’s Alumni Showcase.

Are Current Program Fees guaranteed to be up to date?

Fees and currency are maintained in the programme catalogue. Not listed means no fee has been supplied. Confirm the latest fee, taxes, payment terms and included services with the offering institution or programme delivery partner before enrolling.

Your account and review rights

Can I review the same programme twice?

One learner account can submit one review per programme. If you have already reviewed it, sign in and edit the existing submission rather than posting a duplicate.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes. Sign in, open My reviews and use Edit or Delete. Editing requires a private explanation and the revised review is checked again. Its publication status may change after editing. Deleting removes your review and its contribution to ratings.

What information is visible to readers?

New reviews display your submitted name, review text, ratings, batch and completion year. Email and individual reviewer context stay private. Company and designation are displayed only with the relevant permission. Alumni Showcase has separate visibility and email-sharing consent.

How can I report a review or incorrect programme information?

Use Report this review on a published review, or Report listing information on its programme detail page. Provide the requested contact details and explain the issue. Reports go privately to the administrator; criticism alone is not a reason to remove a review.

Can an administrator change or remove reviews?

The platform reserves the right to moderate, edit, hide or delete reviews and block accounts under its guidelines. Hidden reviews and reviews from blocked users are excluded from public ratings. Moderation can also affect Alumni Showcase eligibility.
